My approach is gentle and tailored to you and your family. I am goal directed and will work at a pace that you feel is right for you, on the areas that are important to you and your family .

I provide a detailed plan appropriate to your situation and will provide a range of strategies to address the challenges you present with.

Packages are for 2 weeks however depending on what your challenges are we can have weekly/twice weekly check ins rather than daily if we think this would be more suitable to your specific situation. Or whatever we feel is appropriate- plans are bespoke and we can discuss this further.

All packages include a element of education around infant sleep. This is to support you in understanding why certain advice and recommendations are being provided as well as helping you tackle any sleep challenges in the future.
